Access to Lettsom Gardens is restricted to members and their guests. Membership is open to all and it is cheap and easy to become a keyholder and member of the Lettsom Gardens Association. The costs are as follows:

Membership
- Family/Individual: £8 per year
- Senior/Student/Unwaged: £1 per year

Keys
- £12 each
